The Speak to Your Health! Community Survey is a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) project that examines a wide range of issues related to individual and community health in Genesee County, Michigan. The survey has been conducted every other year since 2003. It is designed and implemented by a committee of local academic, community, and institutional partners, and the Genesee County Health Department.
