Virtual Events

If you’ve ever attended Blues on the Library Lawn, you know how much fun this August tradition is for people of all ages.

AG Bishop Trust, the generous sponsor who makes Blues possible, has graciously allowed us to reallocate their support of Blues to a series of virtual concerts.  So if you need something to do with the kids, or a way to unwind on a Saturday night, here are a couple of great options in February!

On Saturday, February 13, we’re showcasing Palamazoo Puppets for the family.  After the kids are fed and settled, the adults can relax and enjoy a 7:00pm show with Airtight.

And on Saturday, February 20, you can bring the kids back to the computer and get them dancing with Pint Size Polkas.  This one’s actually fun for the whole family!

You can participate in any of these event by visiting fpl.info, clicking “Join In” on the menu and then viewing our calendar.  Select the event and you’ll find the Zoom link to go with it.

Of course, it’s always a good idea to stop by Flint Public Library when you need something new to do.  Stock up on books, movies and more for the whole family.  Our Courtland Center location is clean, safe, and ready to serve you.

Visit fpl.info for our hours, calendar, downloads, and much more.
