So is Edible Flint’s Garden Starters Work Group, and we want to share an advance notice with you about some super new choices for your 2022 Garden.
Gardener surveys offered many great ideas and requests.
Throughout the fall and winter, the Work Group designed and priced in response to what we learned.
A Kitchen Garden Kit has your choice of 22 vegetable transplants and 7 varieties of seeds.
Gardeners told us they needed to tuck in a few more seeds all summer for fall produce and we bought seeds in bulk to manage your costs for doing just that.
The new Greens Kit adds to gardener’s requests for more collards, more cabbage, more kale, turnip, mustard, lettuce, and spinach seeds.
Pepper packs were incredibly popular last year – expect to tuck 10 peppers into your garden.
AND every year folks say “we need herbs” and so we are growing 5 herb transplants for your garden.
Ordering opens March 14th for May 21st pick-up.
So, sketch your garden, watch your email and visit: www.edibleflint.org for a boost to your planning.
