Lots to Do this Summer at the Flint Public Library!

Teen Summer Programs

It can be hard to find activities that are safe, fun and affordable for teens. This summer, look no further than Flint Public Library!

We’re offering a variety of teen programs that will give kids a chance to meet friends and learn something new. Best of all, it will help your teen develop appreciation for all the great resources a library has to offer.

Here are some of things we have on deck for the teen in your life:

  • July 6: decorate your own book tote
  • July 13: How to draw manga & graphic novel workshop
  • July 20: free showing of the movie “Crooked Arrows”
  • July 27: Gyotaku: Japanese Fish Printing
  • August 3: water games

All of these programs are free and open to any teen. See our calendar at fpl.info for the schedule and more information.

And remember: it’s easy to get to Flint Public Library by bus! There’s a bus stop right in front of our building on Kearsley Street.
