A Visit to Thunderfoot Farm

Thunderfoot Farm is a small but mighty 28 acre “Mixed Powered” farm located in beautiful southwestern Michigan.

What is a “Mixed-Powered” farm? This means that while we use both the conventional power tractor/rototiller to terminate our cover crops and perform any tillage we may need at the beginning of the year, it also means that most of our daily garden work for the rest of the year is done with the use of four loveable friendly oxen by our side pulling our cultivators and wagons, we also have future 2024 plans of adding a horse team  to our workforce as well!

Using draft animal power allows us to better control the amount of carbon dioxide and chemicals we are emitting to grow our gardens. Making a better, cleaner world starting at your dinner plate!

But, we are not just a garden either!

At Thunderfoot Farm we have a thriving Pasture Based livestock system as well!

We raise the highest quality Lamb, Goat, Chicken, Duck, Goose, Rabbit, and Turkey meats.

At Thunderfoot Farm we also have a small woolmill on site and from it we produce unique handwoven queen sized wool/alpaca blend blankets crafted from wool straight from our own sheep.

The Woolmill is still run by my parents Greg and Amy Francisco to this day under the original farm name of Jehovah Jireh Woolmill.

Thunderfoot Farm is located at 32323 M-43, Paw Paw, MI 49079. Call (269) 633-9428 for more information or to arrange a visit.
