Connecting Seniors to the Library

Our mission at Gloria Coles Flint Public Library is to be Flint’s go-to place to learn for life.  That includes all ages!

We know that it can be challenging for seniors to make their way to the Library. That’s why we’re pleased to introduce a new service called Senior Connections.  Senior groups in the City of Flint are invited to contact Adult Services Librarian Eileen at 810.249.2465.  She can help with library cards, registration for events, book talks, on-site senior programs, and much more.

If you lead such a group, please contact us. And if you’re a member of such a group, ask the leader to reach out!  We would love to help connect Flint seniors with all the resources that their Library has to offer.

Find more information about programs, services, Library cards and more by visiting our website at fpl.info.  Hope to see you soon!
