The Power of “Positude”

Happy New Year!

I pray that your holidays were filled with love, laughter, and light.

We are deep in winter’s cold embrace.

We seek comfort in our relationships and our food.

We look for vacations in warm climates.

There are always winter enthusiasts that love to play in the ice and snow.

My parents migrated from Mississippi to Michigan. I was born and raised in Flint.

The older I get, the less I like winter.

Positude helps me to get over my dislike. I don’t enjoy winter, but Positude helps me to tolerate it.

I’m having my right hip replaced on January fourth. I’m looking forward to a pain free, more mobile future.

I have a Hopefultude for a positive surgical outcome.

Winter is the perfect time to rehab and recuperate.

It doesn’t matter if you love winter or not. Positude helps us deal with whatever comes our way in life

Stay well and warm,

Always Agape,
Sylvia
