FIA Converts to a New Database

At the FIA, we believe that engagement is important, and knowing what our visitors, members, and patrons are interested in is essential. With this in mind, we are converting to a new operating system called Altru.

Altru will allow us to work across departments, working together in a new way and also gaining more insight and strengthening our relationships with you! The conversion will begin on January 24. Over the next few weeks we ask for your patience. Please allow for extra time when receiving communication on memberships and donations, and when interacting with the FIA front desk and museum shop while onsite.

With this new system we will also be asking for those attending special programming like lectures, Art a lá Carte, etc. to register in advance and onsite so that we can begin to learn more about our supporters, what their interests are, and what they would like to see more of. This will begin in March 2024.

If you have any questions about the conversion feel free to email us: marketing@flintarts.org
