Love Apples?

Winter is taking its toll. Still wonderful but not as crisp? A treat for THIS season.

  • Core several apples (might be two for each person!)
  • Place in an oven-proof dish.
  • Fill each one with raisins (some chopped walnuts would be great too!)
  • A splash of water (or cider if you still have some)
  • Bake at 350° until a fork pierces easily.

Serve hot – With whipped cream or ice cream!
