Come Together for a Cleaner Stronger Community on April 20th

The Latinx Technology and Community Center is leading the charge towards a cleaner, greener future with its upcoming Community Clean-Up Day on April 20th, from 10 am to 1 pm. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of environmental stewardship while bringing together residents of all backgrounds to make a positive impact on our community.

As Flint continues to rebuild and revitalize, the Latinx Technology and Community Center recognizes the crucial role that a clean environment plays in fostering a sense of pride and unity among residents. By organizing this event, the center hopes to inspire community members to take ownership of their surroundings and work together towards a common goal – creating a healthier and more vibrant neighborhood for all.

The Community Clean-Up Day is not just about picking up litter; it’s about building connections, fostering a sense of pride, and laying the foundation for positive change. Through outreach efforts and community partnerships, the Latinx Technology and Community Center aims to attract visitors from across the city who are eager to join in the spirit of camaraderie and collaboration. We welcome everyone to join us for this important event. Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the area, your participation is invaluable.

Together, we can make a lasting impact on our community and set an example for others to follow. Community members interested in volunteering for the clean-up are encouraged to register in advance. By registering, volunteers will receive all necessary materials and information to ensure a safe and successful event.

The Community Clean-Up Day is just the beginning of the Latinx Technology and Community Center’s commitment to promoting environmental awareness and community development in Flint and Genesee County. Together, let’s take a step towards a brighter future for our city.

For more information and to register as a volunteer, please contact the Latinx Technology and Community Center at (810)715-5050 or latinxflint.org. Let’s come together and make a difference!
