The Power of “Positude”

We embrace spring in all of its glory.

We found our flip flops and our shorts.

The gardeners are playing in the dirt.

We look forward to summer, those lazy, hazy days.

Memorial Day will come soon, the first official summer holiday!

I want to encourage you not to worry.

Worrying causes more problems than it solves.

Positude can help you to focus thoughts in a more positive and productive direction.

We forget how powerful we are. Our thoughts, words, and actions shape our lives.

A negative attitude can lead to hopeless thinking.

A Hopefultude can empower us.

The challenges of life can make us feel helpless.

Disease, death, and destruction can occur at any moment.

What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.

I have a Gratefultude for all things that happen.

I have a Thankfultude for my family and friends.

Positude works!

Give it a try!

Always Agape,
Sylvia
