CWOW is seeking candidates to apply for the position of Senior Pastor. Candidates must be licensed, ordained, exemplify the characteristics outlined in 1st Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9, and is a person after God’s own heart
( I Samuel 13:14). The Pastor must exhibit solid preaching and teaching abilities, discernment, communication and administrative skills. This Pastor must demonstrate empathy, compassion, collaboration, and interpersonal relationships and must be able to fulfill the spiritual needs of a predominantly African American, yet multi-cultural congregation. This Candidate must have the ability to provide care and counseling to those in need, adhere to the Ordinances of the Church and be a visionary with strong leadership skills, enhancing Christian growth and development, with the mission to increase the Kingdom of God. Most of all we desire a Pastor who is spiritually aligned with the Holy Scriptures.
